This is not paying us for servers. Sites we build sit on Cloudflare's free tier in your own account. You are paying for somebody to watch it and change it, not for hosting. Anyone charging you $95 for the hosting itself is charging you for something free.
No lock-in, no minimum term and no exit fee. You keep every login, and the site, the source, the domain and the hosting account stay in your name and your billing, so there is nothing to hand back if you stop. All prices in Australian dollars.

Understand the buyer
Who checks you out, what makes them hesitate, and what they need to see before they make contact. This decides the build, and it takes a conversation rather than a questionnaire.
Agree the first screen
The fold does most of the work. We settle that before anything else gets built, because if it does not hold attention the rest is never read.
Build and prove it
Written by hand, tested on real devices, and checked against the live page rather than the build output. A passing build is not evidence the site is right.

Do I have to have built the site with you?
No. If it is on a platform we can work with, we will take it on. We will look first and tell you honestly if it is in a state where care is not the answer.
What counts as a small change?
Text, prices, hours, a new photo, a new staff member, a new service in a list. That is what the $95 covers, alongside the hosting, the updates, the backups and the monitoring. A new page is a new page and is quoted per page, and if something is genuinely a new project we will say so rather than quietly absorbing it and going slow.
Am I locked in?
No. It is month to month and you keep every login. If you leave, nothing has to be handed back because you never gave it up.
What if nothing needs doing that month?
Then nothing gets billed for work that did not happen. The point is that somebody is watching, not that we invent tasks.
Do I have to be on Care to keep the site online?
No. There is no monthly fee required to keep a site we build online. It sits in your own hosting account, on your own domain, whether you pay us anything or not. Care is optional and it can start six months later, or never.
