2. Using the site
You may read, share links to and use this site for your own information. Please do not copy large parts of it, scrape it, attack or overload it, try to get around the spam protection on our forms, or use the AI demo or the games to send harmful, unlawful or abusive content.
3. Information on the site
The pages, prices, guides, the free email check and the free pack are general information about our services and about common website faults. They are not legal, tax or technical advice for your situation. Prices are in Australian dollars and the price for your job is the one in your written quote.
The free email check reads public DNS records at the moment you run it. A result can be wrong if records change, are cached, or the lookup fails, and a pass is not a full audit.
The free pack describes the rules on calling businesses in Australia in general terms. Rules differ by country and industry and change over time; check your own position before you rely on it.
4. The AI receptionist demo
The demo is a public example of conversation logic. It runs on your browser's microphone and speaker and an AI model, it caps itself, and it can make mistakes. Do not enter real customer details. Nothing the demo says is a quote, a booking or advice.
5. The games
The games are free to play and offered as they are. Scores on daily boards are public and show only the short tag you choose. Please do not use your real name, or anyone else's, as a tag. We may remove a tag or score at any time.
6. Links to other sites
We link to sites we built and to other services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Intellectual property
The site's text, design, code and games belong to Austera Global Pty Ltd or its licensors. Brand names of other companies belong to them and do not mean they endorse us.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy
How we handle information is in our privacy policy. Paid work is covered by our terms of service.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Queensland law applies.
