A finished application, not advice about applying.
We do not sell grant writing. We sell the finished, formatted application for a specific grant or tender that is open now, drafted against the criteria and word limits that are already published. You review it, sign it and submit it yourself.
- A specific, named, open grant or tender, not general advice
- The free eligibility and criteria matrix, before you pay anything
- Every criterion drafted inside the word limits and formatted to submit
- You submit it yourself, in your own name
Tell us about the business
A sentence is enough to start: what the business does, and the grant or tender you have in mind, if you already have one. If we cannot find an open opportunity that fits, we will say so.
We reply ourselves, usually within one business day. No follow up sequence if you go quiet. See our privacy policy.
Queensland small businesses and trade contractors who already know they should apply.
This is for a business that has seen a grant round or a tender it could genuinely respond to, and has not applied because there is no spare afternoon, let alone three days, to read the guidelines and write to a word limit. It suits a trade contractor answering a council or state tender panel as much as it suits a small business applying for a state or Commonwealth grant.
A good fit
- A specific round or tender that is genuinely open, found by us or already found by you
- The amount on offer is worth more than the time it would take you to write the application yourself
- You are ready to review, sign and submit the finished document in your own name
Probably not a fit
- You want someone to submit it, sign it or deal with the funding body or agency for you; that is never part of this
- You want a probability, a likely outcome or an eligibility opinion; nobody can honestly give you one and we will not guess
- You want general grant coaching rather than a document for a named opportunity
Four steps, no mystery.
The free matrix
We read the open round or tender against your business and send the eligibility and criteria matrix, with the three most likely knock-outs read straight from the guidelines. This step is free. Rounds and tenders are found through Business Queensland's grants finder, GrantConnect, QTenders and council grant and tender pages.
The facts, confirmed
You confirm the facts about the business in writing: what it does, who runs it, and whatever the specific criteria ask for. We draft from what you tell us, never from an assumption about your business.
The draft
We draft every criterion inside the published word limits, in the structure and formatting the guidelines ask for.
Yours to submit
You review it, sign it and submit it yourself, in your own name, on your own account with the funding body or the issuing agency. We never submit it, sign it or contact them on your behalf.
One flat fee per document. Never a percentage.
The fee is set against the document, not against the money at stake. A document that unlocks a large grant and a document that unlocks a small one do not take proportionally different effort to draft, and a percentage fee would reward the size of the round rather than the writing.

Flat fee, quoted before you pay, and never a percentage of the grant or the contract. A tender is priced by size once we have read the specification; the matrix and the quote both come before any money changes hands. Prices are in Australian dollars; GST is shown on the quote.

- We never submit the application or the tender response for you. You submit it yourself, in your own name.
- We never sign anything on your behalf.
- We never contact the funding body or the issuing agency for you.
- We never take a percentage of the grant or the contract. The fee is flat and quoted before you pay.
- We never guarantee an outcome. Nobody can honestly guarantee a grant or tender result, and anyone who tells you they can is the reason this page says no.
- We never tell you that you are eligible. We tell you what the guidelines say an applicant must show, and you and your business decide whether that is true.
The questions everyone asks.
Do you submit it for us?
No. You review, sign and submit it yourself, in your own name, on your own account with the funding body or the issuing agency.
Can you guarantee it?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a grant or tender outcome, and anyone who tells you they can is the reason this page says no.
Can the grant pay your fee?
Read your program's guidelines. Most grant programs state that application preparation costs are not an eligible or fundable expense, so check before you assume ours is covered.
Is a tender different to a grant?
Yes. A tender gets a compliance matrix read against the specification first, and the price is set by size: simple, mid-size or large, as above.
What if the round or tender closes before you finish?
We quote a completion date before you pay anything, and we do not take the job if we cannot meet it with time left for you to review, sign and submit.
Where are you based?
Australia, in Brisbane. This service is for Queensland small businesses and trade contractors responding to Queensland and Commonwealth rounds and tenders.
Tell us the business, and the grant or tender if you already have one.
One sentence is enough. You will get a real reply from the person who would do the work, not a template.
