Marketing that gets answered, not just admired.
Most agencies sell you a retainer and a dashboard. We would rather tell you which one thing would actually bring you enquiries, do that, and show you what it produced. Sometimes that is a website. Often it is not.
Care $95/mo. Found $850/mo. Ads $650/mo. Outbound $750/mo. Which ones you actually need
- One person doing the work, not an account manager relaying it
- We say which channel is worth it and which is not
- No lock in contract and no minimum term
- Five live sites you can open and judge right now
Tell us about the business
A sentence is enough to start. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
We reply ourselves, usually within one business day. No follow up sequence if you go quiet. Or call +61 412 793 609. See our privacy policy.
Four things we run. Most people need one.
All four are month to month. No lock-in, no minimum term, no exit fee, and none of them is ever a condition of a build. The website itself is a separate one-off build from $2,400, and that detail sits on the pricing page.
Somebody keeps the site online, current and correct.
- Hosting, updates and security patching
- Uptime and form monitoring, so a broken enquiry form is found by us and not by a customer who gave up
- Backups kept off the live host, and renewals watched
- Small changes: text, prices, hours, a staff photo
This is not marketing. It keeps the site right. It does not go and find anybody.
Steady work on how you show up when somebody searches for what you do.
- Google Business Profile run properly, with review replies drafted for you to approve
- New pages and articles aimed at what your buyers actually type
- On-page work and internal linking across the pages you already have, which is usually worth more than the new ones
- A monthly report in plain language, including the months that went nowhere
It is slow, and nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking. If you need enquiries this fortnight, this is the wrong one and Ads is the right one.
Google Ads built and run in your own account, in your name.
- Campaign build: keywords, match types, negatives, ad copy and extensions
- Conversion tracking proven against the live form before a cent is spent
- The search terms report read regularly and negatives added, which is the job most neglected accounts are missing
- The account and its history stay yours if you leave
The fee is management only. Your ad spend is separate, set by you, and billed by Google to your own card. We never handle it, never mark it up and never take a percentage of it.
Cold email that reaches the inbox, sent slowly and lawfully, in your name.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and proven by reading the headers, not by a green tick on a dashboard
- The sending domain warmed gradually, and only while delivery stays healthy
- A do-not-contact list enforced in the sending tool, not kept in a spreadsheet somebody forgets to check
- Unsubscribe, a real postal address, and the rules of the recipient's country
Business to business only, and only where it is lawful where the recipient is. We do not buy lists and will not send to one you bought.
Which ones actually go together
- You need enquiries this month. Ads, on its own. Search work will not arrive in time, and charging you for it while you wait would be dishonest.
- You can wait, and customers search for the thing rather than for your name. Found. Running Ads alongside it while it takes hold is reasonable, and you stop the ads when it does.
- You sell to a named person at a company you could write down. Outbound. Found and Ads both assume somebody is already searching. If nobody is, there is nothing for them to catch.
- Care goes with any of them, and with none of them. It is the only one on this page that is not marketing.
Almost nobody should be running all four. If somebody is selling you all four at once, ask which one is expected to produce the enquiries, and what happens if it does not.
All prices in Australian dollars. Ad spend is not included in the Ads fee and is paid by you to Google. Any sending platform subscription Outbound needs is also yours, in your account, and is not in the $750.
Work you can check
A charity site, before and after.
Daily Bread House take hot meals to people across Brisbane. Their old site had two menu items, no way to volunteer, and on a phone the opening sentence ran off the edge of the screen. It is now eight pages with a volunteer form that works.
Also live and open to anyone: Southern Cross Provisions, Austera Global and Lantern Path Books. See all five builds →
Three you can open right now.
Southern Cross Provisions
An export site written for overseas buyers who check a company on the register before they reply. Entity details, published terms and a trust centre, because that audience looks for them.
Open the site Industrial exportAustera Global
Mining and industrial supply, sold into other time zones. Built to load quickly on poor connections and to survive being read by a procurement manager.
Open the site Publishing and SEOWatchroute Guide
A forty four page review publication in the Canadian online gaming market, organised into five content silos and built to be found in search rather than introduced by an email.
Open the siteFour steps, no mystery.
Understand the buyer
Who checks you out, what makes them hesitate, and what they need to see before they make contact. This decides the build, and it takes a conversation rather than a questionnaire.
Agree the first screen
The fold does most of the work. We settle that before anything else gets built, because if it does not hold attention the rest is never read.
Build and prove it
Written by hand, tested on real devices, and checked against the live page rather than the build output. A passing build is not evidence the site is right.
Hand it over properly
You own the site, the domain and the accounts. If you leave, nothing is held hostage.
This suits you if
- Your customer researches you before they call
- You want one person accountable, not a team you never meet
- The current site embarrasses you, or there is not one yet
- You would rather hear an honest no than be sold to
Probably not if
- You need it live this week
- You want the cheapest quote in the inbox
- You want a guarantee about rankings or leads. Nobody can honestly give one
- You want a template filled in rather than something built for the business
The questions everyone asks.
Do I have to buy a website to work with you?
No. If the site is fine and the problem is that nobody sees it, we will say so and work on that instead.
Is my ad spend included in the $650?
No. The $650 is what we charge to build and run the campaigns. Your advertising budget is separate, it is set by you, and it is billed by Google directly to your own card. We never handle it, never mark it up and never take a percentage of it. Charging a percentage of spend pays the agency more when your costs go up, which is the wrong way round.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's rankings or how many people search this month. What we will do is tell you what we changed, what it produced, and say plainly when a month went the wrong way.
Am I locked into a contract?
No minimum term. If a month goes badly you can stop, which is a stronger reason for us to be useful than any contract.
Do I need all four?
Almost certainly not. Most businesses need one, and Care is the only one that sensibly sits alongside anything. Tell us what the business does and who buys from you, and you will be told which one, including when the answer is the cheaper one or none of them.
What if you are not the right fit?
We will say so early. That costs us a job and saves you a quarter.
Where are you based?
Australia, in Brisbane, and we work with businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. If you are in North America your morning is our evening, so replies land overnight rather than within the hour.
Tell us who you are trying to convince.
One sentence about the business and who buys from you. You will get a real reply from the person who would do the work, not a template.
